Some common questions we get here at Fixinc.
Are you able to service businesses in person?
Yes, we can. We service businesses mostly virtually as our programs, plans, and training can be done over our high level virtual meetings. However, we often travel to many countries or have an office space near the majority of our clients. Fixinc rarely charges for travel unless absolutely necessary and will often combine multiple client visits in one to save on investment.
What is the investment of a resilience Program?
It is rare that any of our programs are lower than $1,800 usd, but we are flexible with our pricing to achieve the objective you require. Most programs range from $12,000 through to $70,000 depending on the size and scope of the program you require. For a full business continuity program, managed across a full year, you should expect nothing less than $36,000 usd.
I want to discuss a program but can't commit.
We take a strong stance in ensuring professional have access to content and support (that's why we're building one of the largest guides on the Resilience Lifecycle available). If you just want to understand how it works at Fixinc, speak to a consultant, or have questions, we always welcome a connection. We do not relentlessly chase up 'leads' and there is no obligation to continue to work with us.
What is the Fixinc Advisory Board?
Our Advisory Board is an on-call, strategic response service made up of the very highest rated consultants available (sourced and vetted through our Directory). Using multiple layers of support through a scheduling system, covering the full resilience lifecycle offering, and utilising clever response technology through F24, we provide organisations reassurance and another level of resilience. You can subscribe by picking a premium and frequency at any time and can be onboarded within 7 days.
How can I work or join Fixinc?
At this time, we're looking for more Advisors to join our Advisory Board team. If you run your own consultancy or want to be involved in a new service, get in touch with us. What does Fixinc do?
At our core, we provide organisations around the world a more modern, clever corporate resilience service. Our largest project is our Directory which boasts over 10,000 Vendors across all major disaster recovery disciplines. We also build and provide our own technology solutions, as well as strong partnership with the likes of F24. We have an on-call, strategic Advisory Board; a 24/7 one of a kind solution offering subscribers premiums and access to the very highest rated consultants in the industry at the click of a button. Finally, we also offer Resilience Programs which are either run in house, or in partnership with our Advisors. This cover business continuity, through to crisis management and ITDR.
What type of businesses do you help?
We will support all businesses other than those who are looking to build a stronger resilience foundation. From private, to public, and not for profits, our programs and solutions cover all demographics. However, we will not work with tobacco or vape companies, organisations that provide services to war efforts (other than medical relief and aid), or organisations that are knowingly or purposefully impacting the climate through their services.
How long does it take to get started with Fixinc?
About 3 minutes. We have streamlined our onboarding process to a fine art. For our resilience programs, we're able to get you full proposals within half an hour of our first discussion with you. You can onboard the Advisory Board within 180 seconds, or you can join the Directory in two minutes. But, we also appreciate a slow and steady approach and are in no rush to get you started.
What is the Fixinc Directory?
Our Directory is like a marketplace for the entire industry, covering consultancies, practitioners, emergency services personnel, cyber solutions, technology, publications, and industry bodies to name a few. You can use clever filters to find Vendors that suit your needs, then connect anonymously with them; giving you time and space to pick the one you wish to engage formally.
