When does my cover start?
We have a one week onboarding period. You will get access to the team and portal during this time. Depending on your premium type, the board will be with you within 12 hours after the onboarding period. However, as our Advisors are rostered on 24/7, it is likely to be as quick as a few minutes.
Can I subscribe while I'm going through an event?
Due to the two week onboarding period for all new subscribers, you won't be able to activate your board during this time. However, for those in need of immediate support for a serious incident, you are invited to subscribe and pay a full annual premium in upfront. We will then arrange a fast turnaround in support.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time up to the renewal date of your premium. Depending on the subscription you choose, this may be as little as 30 days, or as much as a few months. We are unable to give refunds to premiums that are cancelled before the renewal date. For more information on our cancellation policy, please visit our terms and conditions.
Can my organisation be invoiced?
Yes, simply choose this at checkout, and an automated invoice will be sent to you. It's important that you have a process to pay invoices on time. We will send you invoices at least two weeks in advance, however Fixinc will cancel subscriptions and coverage if invoices are overdue by more than 14 days.
Can I meet / vet the consultants?
Fixinc hand sources the very best consultants from around the globe to be on our Advisory Board, meaning you will not have to do this. We encourage connections between our clients and consultants and provide an opportunity to connect externally. Fixinc encourages our clients to consider working one to one with our consultants who often have their own practice capable of supporting you with your corporate resilience requirements.
Can subscribing reduce my insurance premiums?
We have certainly seen scenarios where this has helped influence a more competitive insurance premium. In fact, we're working with insurance brokers to discuss ways Fixinc and underwriters can better cover organisations, without necessarily increasing costs.
How do I activate the Advisory Board?
Upon registration, you will be able to log in and set up your private client portal. Here, you have an activation button that initiates your facilitator to respond and begin the process. With our special partnership with Fact24, we will activate and manage the response virtually through the integrate software they provide us. This means you also have the option of activating through email, phone call, text, or even a widget via your phone, which automatically triggers the steps required for your crisis or emergency response. Are there cross-agency subscription options?
Fixinc can offer organisations with multiple agencies or business arms who are based around the globe a customised subscription plan. This is valuable for those who need a central solution but one that considers and works alongside unique regional requirements. Contact us to discuss a bespoke subscription for you.
What additional items do I get with my subscription?
We're passionate about the service we provide our clients, but we hope you never need to use us. Therefore, Fixinc offers the option of consulting, program reviews, business impact analysis, and post incident reviews provided by our regional Head of Consulting and Fact24. We also provide you with access to resource and materials not available to the public, as well as the opportunity to have our threat intelligence resources shared with you.
