Programs are split into three milestones across a 12-month window, spread across 3 years to ensure significant resilience maturity. However, if things change, we provide a 60 day get-out option.

We will plan and schedule the deliverables through a comprehensive engagement workshop featuring Fixinc and your program stakeholders.
Phase 2
Mid-year health check
We will conduct in-person, on-site reviews and checks, utilising threat intelligence to stay relevant and ensure nothing has developed over the last few months.
Phase 3
Validation activities
We will validate everything in place across the entire organisation. We will practice, build confidence in your team, and evolve a culture of resilience.
Phase 4
Preparing for next year
At this point, we would have completed all components in your Maintenance Program. If any disruptions have occured, we will debrief these. If any changes to the organisation have occured, we will plan accordingly.

A 30% deposit on the first year secures your program and allows us to begin work immediately. This early investment gets your team on our schedule and signals the official start of your Maintenance journey.

With the deposit confirmed, we host a one-hour workshop with your project sponsors. This is where we align on dates, key components, and early milestones, plus answer any final questions and build the relationship.
