Ollie Law is Co-Founder and Group Managing Director of Fixinc, a boutique resilience advisory operating across Oceania and ASEAN, with offices in Christchurch, Sydney and Kuala Lumpur. He registered the business in 2017 with his father and Co-Founder, Brad Law MBCI, and now lives in Kuala Lumpur, leading Fixinc's expansion through Southeast Asia and the Gulf.

Ollie is not the technical specialist in the room, and that is by design. His role is delivery and challenge: holding Advisors and clients to first principles, asking the plain question that experts have stopped asking, and making sure resilience work arrives in language an executive can act on. He has a particular interest in technology and the emerging risks of AI.

Before Fixinc, Ollie spent fifteen years in commercial and digital roles across the UK and Europe, building multi-million dollar marketing campaigns at AccountingWEB (Sift Media) in Bristol UK and, through a specialist recruitment agency, designing technical recruitment campaigns for GCHQ, alongside work with Centrica (British Gas) and Jaguar Land Rover.

Following the 15 March 2019 attacks, Ollie worked in the coordination team of Fixinc's crisis response, supporting the Ministry of Education and local schools on public communication. He went on to design and facilitate Fixinc's complimentary resilience reviews for affected schools and businesses.

Ollie has since worked on the design and procurement of a national common operating picture for New Zealand's emergency services, engaging with Police, Fire and Emergency New Zealand, and Civil Defence and Emergency Management Canterbury. He is Editor-in-Chief of Unbreakable Ventures, Fixinc's collaborative publication on the threat landscape.
