Jedd brings over 14 years of BPO industry experience to Fixinc, with deep expertise in quality assurance, operational leadership, and performance coaching. Before joining Fixinc, he spent four years as a Quality Analyst for one of the UK's top 3 banks, where he led calibration sessions, conducted compliance audits, and drove alignment across frontline support teams. He then served five years as a Team Manager for a globally-ranked printer manufacturer, coaching new leaders, spearheading NPS and quality analysis, and facilitating training sessions that strengthened team confidence and performance.
At Fixinc, Jedd is focused on systematising and streamlining organisational flow — both internally and for our clients. He oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates client delivery, maintains documentation to Fixinc's high standards, and ensures every piece of work leaving the business is accurate, consistent, and professionally presented. His background in data trend analysis, quality frameworks, and leadership development makes him ideally suited to support Fixinc's growth across APAC while maintaining the operational excellence our clients expect.
