Documentation sits in folders, plans go untested, and assumptions go unchallenged. When leadership asks how prepared the organisation really is, the answer is often a best guess.
A Review and Health Check changes that. Fixinc will examine your existing documentation, benchmark it against ISO 22301 and other relevant standards, and deliver a clear, prioritised report on where you stand. Findings are rated High, Medium, or Low based on risk exposure, so you know what to address first. We include practical recommendations, a draft 12-month implementation roadmap, and tailored threat intelligence based on your industry, location, and organisational profile.
The process is designed to be low-effort for your team. You upload your existing documentation to a secure location and make yourself available for the occasional clarification. We handle the analysis, research, and reporting. The final deliverable is a board-ready PDF, supported by a 30 to 45 minute presentation where we walk through the findings and answer questions. We can present directly to your board if that adds value.
This component is explicitly designed as a low-risk way to work with Fixinc for the first time. You experience our methodology, see the quality of our work, and receive genuine insight before committing to a broader program. The report is yours to use however you choose.

What documentation do we need to provide?
We ask for any existing resilience documentation including policies, frameworks, business continuity plans, crisis management plans, ITDR plans, BIAs, training records, exercise reports, and any post-incident reviews. We also request your organisation chart to understand your structure. We typically set up a secure SharePoint folder for you to upload everything into.
How much time does this require from our team?
Very little. Once you have uploaded your documentation, we handle the analysis and research. We may reach out with occasional questions to clarify what we have found, but the bulk of the work is on our side.
How long does the review take?
We typically complete the review and deliver the final report within one week.
What do we receive at the end?
You receive a professional, board-ready PDF report containing a maturity assessment, prioritised findings, practical recommendations, tailored threat intelligence, and a draft 12-month implementation roadmap. We also deliver a 30 to 45 minute presentation to walk through the findings and can present directly to your board if useful.
Can we use the report with another consultancy?
Yes. The report is yours. You can use it to guide internal work, engage Fixinc to address the gaps, or take it to another provider. There is no obligation to continue with us.
