When a crisis hits, your Crisis Management Team needs to lead. They need to assess the situation, make decisions under pressure, coordinate resources, and communicate with stakeholders while the situation is still unfolding. This is not something people do naturally. It is a skill that needs to be developed before the pressure is real.
Crisis Management Training is a 3-hour modular program designed specifically for staff with crisis leadership responsibilities. The program uses real-world case studies and discussion-based learning to build practical expertise. Participants work through scenarios drawn from actual crises, examining how other organisations responded, what worked, what failed, and what they can learn from it.
The curriculum is modular, allowing you to select the topics most relevant to your team. Options include foundations of crisis management, crisis preparedness planning, leadership in crisis, decision-making under pressure, crisis communication strategies, the human side of crisis, evaluating crisis impact, and navigating crisis survival.
Where you have a Crisis Management Plan in place, Fixinc aligns the training to your existing framework. Delegates receive consistent messaging that reinforces your plan rather than introducing conflicting approaches. Where no plan exists, the training can be delivered as a standalone capability-building exercise, giving your team foundational skills that will serve them regardless of what documentation is in place.
Delivery is available in-person or virtually. For larger organisations with multiple crisis leadership groups, we schedule additional sessions to ensure full coverage. Fixinc's Learning and Development division handles all bookings and maintains participant records.
Respond with confidence
When things go wrong, this phase activates. The Diamond’s top layers focus on structured, coordinated response, from executive decisions down to team-level action. Here’s where tools like F24, defined roles, and real-time communications bring planning to life under pressure.
A stronger return to BAU
The end goal isn’t just recovery, it’s learning. After every disruption, this phase ensures lessons are captured, plans are updated, and culture is strengthened. It’s about returning to operations quickly, but better prepared for next time.
Planning made practical
This phase includes disciplines like business continuity, crisis management, and IT disaster recovery. It’s where the bulk of the work happens, through structured validation, simulations, and repeatable testing. For those looking to lead in their sector, it can also align with ISO accreditation and industry standards.

High-performance leaders are built in calm, but revealed in chaos. We train executives to lead with clarity under pressure, using real scenarios, applied leadership psychology, and crisis-tested frameworks. Unlike generic leadership courses, we focus on fast, adaptive thinking and team alignment when decisions can’t wait.

Training designed to build calm, confident leadership when everything feels out of control.
This training is for Crisis Management Team members and senior leadership with overall responsibility for managing a crisis. It is not for general staff or operational response teams.
