Crisis Management Training is a 3-hour modular program designed specifically for staff with crisis leadership responsibilities. The program uses real-world case studies and discussion-based learning to build practical expertise. Participants work through scenarios drawn from actual crises, examining how other organisations responded, what worked, what failed, and what they can learn from it.
The curriculum is modular, allowing you to select the topics most relevant to your team. Options include foundations of crisis management, crisis preparedness planning, leadership in crisis, decision-making under pressure, crisis communication strategies, the human side of crisis, evaluating crisis impact, and navigating crisis survival.
Where you have a Crisis Management Plan in place, Fixinc aligns the training to your existing framework. Delegates receive consistent messaging that reinforces your plan rather than introducing conflicting approaches. Where no plan exists, the training can be delivered as a standalone capability-building exercise, giving your team foundational skills that will serve them regardless of what documentation is in place.
